i dont blame you i may be a kid but i have been cookings eggs for 3 years and i dont know how to get them out efficently without wasting whites or hop to make sure they dont fall in in general
Liked and subscribed you weren't the first video that showed up when I searched for how to crack an egg without getting shell in it but the first result was some chick who kept going on and on and didn't actually get to cracking an egg without getting shell in it and you got straight-to-the-point so it's very much appreciated
I feel a bit silly looking this up as a 32 year old deciding to do an omelette for the first time (I haven't liked omelettes too much in the past). -First try, hit it on an edge but next to the sink. Everything went down the sink (was smart enough to have it as background lol) -Second try, just used a fork to break it on the top side. Seems to be the best bet for beginners for just getting a break without risking the whole thing going down the tubes literally
I just now tried this it works, mine splintered in various directions, not neatly like this, but I was still able to pry the parts apart without having shards falling in the egg.
@@ReviveCooking I think the problem was 'me' trying to do it with two hands, I've been cracking eggs for 30+ years one handed. I reverted to single hand to flat surface a couple times and it works out well. What makes your method work is basically pulverizing the shell 'cracking'-area into tiny bits as opposed larger to shards, for some reason this allows the tiny bits to just stay with the outer membrane and not fall from the shell body.
Hi, I have seen your comment on tiktok. however , for Some reason I can’t follow your account on tiktok so I decided to write here instead. I would follow your account since you are in cooking. Kind regards, Kultura

Hey I'm 52 and I am tired of digging out shells in my eggs Or grosser yet, accidentally eating a shell in your scrambled eggs! 🤢
