    Thanks I really liked and appreciated. I have another preoccupation, I am 43years old what can be the acceptable number of follicles per ovary at this age. I wish to have a child. Thanks

      The average number of antral follicles is 4 if you are in the low 40s of age. But it's not about the number it's about the quality.
      A fertility specialist would be better placed to advise you.
      If you want to get pregnant have a healthy life style and regular sexual intercourse around the time of ovulation.
