I thank God for people who care about animals that were caught up in (un)natural disasters like these. You people are heroes. I also think the angels had a hand in protecting Zeus from harm until he could be found. Thanks to the fantastic rescue organizations that lend a helping hand.
Why wouldn't they want to talk to reporters? I understand being at their house working but if also be at the very or speaking how I was soooooo glad my fur baby was alive. Maybe they want to avoid negative comments. Alot to deal with when your house is torn up by a tornado.
@@hsoderberg6505 Could be that where they are living at the moment, doesn't allow dogs. Having said that, I can't see myself and hubby NOT making sure that our furbabies were with us. But I'm not walking in their shoes at the moment.
Sometimes the family might not have a home themselves because it is all destroyed so be understanding if they can't take the dog back........They need to be offered a certain amount of time ( e.g. 1,2 or 3 months) and after that they dog needs to be adopted out if they can't take it.......If they are living in a hotel then many hotels won't allow a dog that size to stay in the hotel.
I guess we can ask the question why was the dog locked in a dog crate upstairs during a tornado? Upstairs is the worst place he could’ve been left. Where was the family? I think the family knows what people are thinking and that’s the real reason they don’t want to talk to reporters.
I always kennel my dogs when I am not home. It is the safest place for them. And who cares where the family was. It’s not like they had a crystal ball to tell them their home would be hit by a tornado! They were probably at work and or school.
What a handsome boy. So glad he's safe and recovering.
At 1st I was upset that he was upstairs in a cage but actually that cage probably saved his life, he went for a wizard of oz ride, so glad hes ok
I just posted about that, too. He could have been impaled by shards of wood and glass.
What time of day did the tornado come through? The family may have been at work and unable to make it home in time?
If a tornado or other natural disaster were coming through, my do would be with me, dead or alive.
That kennel probably saved him from being impaled.
What a great dog. Many thanks to the rescuers.
This is a miracle. He flew. He fell out of his kennel and landed on a mattress. It’s a true miracle.
Praise GOD!

So happy for beautiful Zeus and his family. Hope he will be fine for the future. 😊

"lying on a matress" That's a rottweiler.
God carried him through the storm. ❤❤❤❤
Maybe because they feel bad
He found himself a new comfy bed.
💙
Who would leave their dog in a kennel during a tornado?!
quite possible that his humans weren't home and couldn't get home in time.

Some people are just private. I know I wouldn’t walk to talk to reporters, especially after something so traumatic.
@@amandasmith7323 I understand that
Wonder if they can't/don't want to keep him.
@@hsoderberg6505 I thought about that too

That's a big ol boi
Doesn't anyone think that the Family was at work and that is why he was home alone in his crate.
Getting really really drunk during a tornado will reduce serious injuries since you won't brace yourself. You'll just float around all limp.
❤️🙏❤️
Praise be to God
Dang, what a tail he will never be able to share with us. Thank the Lord our God for His mercy.
imagine if a gopro had been attached to that kennel!
Probably would have been torn off.
The wire kennel protected him.
❤🙏🦮
precious beauty,so so so Glad He has Survived 😭😁🩷
ThE family should have thanked the folks that saved their dog on air.
Why? In person is much better. No need to be public about it, in fact, that is rather impersonal and dismissive.
Not something you see ecery day.A fkying Rottweiler.🙏💌

Don’t keep your dog in a cage next time.

Maybe they weren't home. Kennels are safe places, akin to dens.
Oh my god! Thank goodness!,,,,
