Fishbone shows are so much fun and energetic. The vibes are top notch. They've been one of my faves for a looong time. They play so many different styles of music and still it sounds like Fishbone.
Check out their song "Everyday Sunshine" for another side of the band.
I am so proud of young people like you Khalil for discovering black rock bands like Fishbone. Your thoughts and insight about the lyrics are impressive. I'm a black women who grew up in the 70's & 80's and I loved Fishbone. They show pride in being black and are so amazing. They musical talent has them doing metal, afro-punk, ska, funk and soul music. This song is heavy with its message. If you want to listen to one of their more "feel good" songs try "Everyday Sunshine", it has a funk & gospel flavor. You're doing great content, keep going higher.

It’s cool seeing some of the younger generation digging the music of my youth. Even though this was early 90’s, Back in the 80’s you could see Fishbone with three other bands for $8-$10. We had it good.

Yoooo! Fishbone is amazing! They do alot of different styles like reggae, funk, hard rock, jazz, and they make it all make sense somehow. The positive social/political messaging is on point, but not all their songs are about that. Keep digging into this band!
