A correction on the translation:
At 0:24, Okayu says "これこそ初恋って感じだけどなぁ…", which means "This is *actually* the feeling of a first love". The これこそ is because someone earlier in the stream (Subaru, iirc?) described their food as being like a first love, and Okayu was saying "No, my food is *more* like a first love [than Subaru's]".
So then at 0:27, Subaru's tsukkomi is "初恋マウント！", or "Hatsukoi mount!". The "mount" here is slang derived from the behavior of animals showing dominance: it's used in common conversation to mean something like someone is acting smug or engaging in one-up-manship. So Subaru's saying "She's one-upping me on the hatsukoi description!"

I watched this live, and while it was amusing as hell to watch, I was actually more drawn to how "clean" Mio's stream was. Like, technically. She always goes above and beyond with models, placement, animations, and organization. She's just awesome, and it's why I joined her monthly subscription. Plus, how can you not fall for that laugh?
There was a time when Mio felt like she was falling behind and didn't have a way to shine in Hololive. Since then, I think she has decided that her "thing" is going to be coming up with fun games that lots of people can play, and putting effort into layouts, scenarios, and graphics, and being a good game master & host. And I think that was a really good choice, cause she's great at it!
It's amazing how dynamic her contents are now. And yes, her laugh and wheeze makes me go Awwwww everytime

True. I think after her breakdown last december (when she confessed on stream that she found herself to be bland and flavourless compared to the others) she and her manager seriously started rethinking the way she approached her work and place in Hololive, and it seems that she found out that her very own "flavour" was to bring out the "flavours" of her friends. She has been hosting a lot of those creative talk shows and collab games and it seems that they're quite popular with the viewers. It's always nice to see hard work rewarded.
Towa-sama understanding eating from the bottom and delighting in the fact that it's soft via moan is a new kind of Towa that's even more devilish...

I agree with this. Lover is a bad translation of 「愛人」mistress is significantly better.
The difference is fairly small. "Lover" is someone with whom you are physically intimate but have no romantic connection to, and "mistress" is a woman with whom you are physically intimate with despite having a spouse or other serious relationship. In context, I think either one is acceptable.

@@bastard9763 No, lover does not necessarily mean that. Your romantic partner in a relationship is your lover. But you can have many lovers, which can imply that they are not as special as your significant other or spouse or whatever.
Lover does simply not convey thhe same thing mistress does. Mistress is clear cut and exactly the word Okayu uses every time when talking about Aqua. Lover could be misleading.

What made it obvious for me was the thigh highs part. It really helps you visualize, the split of the stocking and bare skin has the same appeal as the split of the strawberry and choco parts.

Decided to put my thinking cap on and try to guess what snack Okayu was talking about.
It starts with Okayu opening a package. That in of itself is a hint, I think.
"The smell is that of first love / cuteness / innocence." For some reason I only focused on the innocence part and thought of babies, which led to the thought of diapers, and since the smell obviously wasn't stinky, it would have to be fresh diapers, so maybe the snack smells like baby powder? But I don't know what baby powder smells like. My next thought was of fresh laundry, before being worn. Fabric softener probably gives such articles the strongest, most pleasant smell. But I don't use fabric softener for my clothes, so I don't know what that smells like either. Ultimately, I ended up ignoring this hint.
"You can choose to eat from the top or the bottom." ...Go-Gurt? That's the only thing I can think of where it doesn't matter which side you begin from. (As long as you don't cut both ends.)
"The bottom part is like melting, and after it melts, you'll find it very sweet." Well, Go-Gurt can be frozen, so I guess that makes sense. Pretty sure I have the wrong snack, though, since there's no difference between the top and the bottom in Go-Gurt. Not sure what else it could be, though.
"The sound is not crispy or hard, it's soft." You mean the sound it makes when you eat it? Okay, makes sense. Go-Gurt is soft, after all.
"It's delicious to lick it." That's congruent. "It's also fine to bite it." ...When it's frozen, yeah.
Gonna ignore Okayu's teen girl analogy because I've never been in a relationship and I have no idea what to pull from that.
"It's as long as a forefinger." Okay, then it can't be Go-Gurt. So, what's as long as a forefinger, has a clear top and bottom (like that matters since it'd clearly be bite-sized), is soft, can be either licked or bitten, and comes in a package?
"It's like in the teenage time, the emotion of thigh highs." Okay, I am seriously lost here. What even are "thigh highs"? (I looked them up after this, and while I guess I now know what Okayu is getting at, it brings me no closer to arriving at an answer than before.)
Ultimately, I thought the most fitting answer was gummy bears.
...And of course it would be some Japanese snack I've never heard of. I don't know what I was expecting.

It's equivalent to a lovers' quarrel.
Shuraba is a term usually used in harem anime, where multiple girls fight for the male main character. Now it seems Shuraba can refer to love conflicts involving a lover. In the video, since Okayu says Aqua can only be her lover (which implies she has another person as her pair), this love conflict is called Shuraba by Kanata

AHHH so that was the name of that chocolate? Here in my country, whenever you go theres always these boxes of chocolate labelled in japanese, and one of those is the said Apollo choco, Okayu's descriptions were nice, and it's actually strawberry + dark chocolate, depending on the color.
