This box is $100. These boxes can be found everywhere. The rest of it is DIY. Parts on amazon.com. save about $70 just to drill your own holes.

I bought a used kayak and it came with this box and I have a 12v 12ah bienno battery. They connectors will not fit onto battery terminals. The battery terminals are wider so do you of any connectors I could get to connect my battery? I have been looking but cannot find any that will adapt on yak power site. Maybe I overlooked something🤷🏻‍♂️

Your best bet is to probably cut those connectors off and replace them with ones that fit your battery.

@@BlueSummitOutdoors I was thinking that but read where yak power has them so they fit tight on purpose but they will NOT fit these terminals at all so I think that is the route I will have to go

Could you run a trolling motor off these?

It’s 12v so I don’t see why not, but its would probably have to be a small trolling motor due to the gauge wire that SAE plugs use.

What kind of batteries did you end up putting in it? Just bought one of these boxes and now need to purchase the batteries. Recommendations??

I ended up putting 3 10ah Dakota Lithium Batteries in it.

I have one 40 ah LiFePo4 12v battery to power green lights under the kayak. I wonder if it will fit

Probably could have I already had 2 of the 3 batteries so I just went with buying 1 more
