  • The 25th Prime Invitational was held from November 10-12,2017. It was hosted by the Prime Singapore Gymnastics team. There were only three filipinos - filipinas rather, in my age group. Two of them from another team and the third being me.
This meet had strict rules that we all had to follow, because if we didn't, then we'd get a 0 for our score. For levels 1-6, strictly no bonus skills are allowed to be competed. For levels 1-5, the gymnasts are required to perform the compulsory routines.
This definitely wasn't my best meet ever, but I still am very proud of myself for pushing through even with a hurt elbow - which restrained me from practicing my floor routine. I was also the only Asian gymnast who ranked in the top 6 for the individual all around standings for the 13 and above age category. I also met new friends from Australia and i was also able to see friends that I have made from other international competitions .

Hey,Just wondering. The level six gymnasts at my gym did skills like flyaway, backhandspring on beam and front handspring front tuck. I’m just wondering why your routines are different.
    P.S. Congratz!
