- This was my first time doing sound design for one of my animations. I know it doesn't sound great, but it was an interesting experience to try out.
The character's name is Roseline.
A fun fact: I don’t like pastel colors, especially pink and purple, or pink in general. If you look back at any of my work, you’ll notice I rarely use them. So, I thought it would be fun to limit my palette to just those colors. I think I’ve taught myself to work with them and even learned to tolerate them. :D
Anyway, thank you for reading! I hope you’ll like it. I’ll leave the interpretation up to you.

I love the message about how you can be kind but you shouldn’t allow others to walk all over you or they might take advantage of you. Very beautiful animation as well!! 🤍🩶🩷
Not sure if this was what was intended, but I really like how this animation portrays giving up too much of your kindness/yourself to the point it’s eating away at you and your life. And that despite the fact it’s slowly taking over your mind and space, you still want to help them.
Also, amazing work in general, you’ve been such an inspiration to me since 2020 and I’ve loved seeing you grow Awrly! Keep up the awesome work
Maybe you don't even want to help them anymore, you just have nowhere to go and afraid of what they might do and think of you if you don't.
I love the message this animation conveys. being too kind is really not a good thing. I also love how deceiving the color palette is, since it's pink and usually associated with positivity/love. I'm amazed by how you come up with such a deep message for a short film 😭😭 your art and animation skills are also improving so much!
I love the emotion expressions it’s so real and for something that looked at first so cute, it turned out into something dark. I totally love the animation and how the music matches with the story, I love it so much !🩵✨

Been watching your videos for years and of all the artists I’ve followed, I’ve watched you grown and improve the most over time. So it’s always a treat to see you stuff. Your character designs are really fun, and you’ve gotten the flow and timing on animation down in a way I really like to rewatch with my EYES. Like that head turn and bounce in the middle is quite nice.

Oh my God. I love the idea of the animation and the fact you're leaving the interpretation to the viewers. It was very interesting. And the soundtrack! It fits perfectly to every scene, making it feel like the tension in it changes depending on the scene. The whole video is brilliant in the end! It's amazing how you managed to make the whole video by yourself! And again, this is perfect!
I love how the song gets more like intense when the ants ask for more and more. Adds tone to it! Love ur animations!

The way the genre of the video changes so quickly is. Amazing from. Cute and heartwarming story to dark and horrifying , the way that it displays the way the girl shows and gives her kindness and slowly let's the. Ant take advantage and manipulate her , yet she still was generous and shared and in the end , despite everything the ant did. She still wanted to help ❤ love the vid awrly

Ahhh ants are my biggest irrational fear, like they’ve always been 10x worse then spiders for me… so this really conveyed my fear of ants well 😂

You should always be kind to others, but do not allow yourself to be taken advantage of. There is no shame in saying no, and sometimes you have got to say no. There is nothing wrong with be kind to others, but don't allow yourself to become a doormat, because people can easily take advantage of your kindness. Be kind, but be careful.
