    You've got the best video that I've seen on how to do this. Great job showing the 2nd engine and explaining this. Also the wrench you used is spot on for this type of work. Great job and thanks for making my job alot easier than I was thinking it was gonna be.

    I’ve had this issue triggering the engine and oil light to be on for literal years because I thought it would be a very expensive fix!
    I even looked up videos but at the time none existed.
    This video helped me solve my issue for about $60! ($40 with a coupon 😁)

    Thank you for this clear video. I noticed a fault code for the radio system in your video, which is similar to the issue I'm experiencing. Lately, I've been encountering strange engine check lights, with a different sensor issue code popping up each day, even after replacing them. Despite replacing the engine control module, the problem persists, leading me to suspect an electrical issue. I've checked all the fuses, and they're fine. I received the code B142D13 for "Audio Antenna Not Connected-Circuit Open," initially overlooking it as it had appeared before. However, upon inspection, I discovered the antenna base was loose and possibly had water in it. Although I replaced it with a part from a junkyard, the problem remains, likely due to a defective part. I'm reluctant to reopen the headliner without a new part. Dealing with this 2013 Dodge Dart has become quite frustrating. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    I need a vid for the 2.4 since they are different, can't find one anywhere. Looks like ill have to go look for the sensor location myself, I think its under the pan protector, people have said you are better off taking the passenger tire off as it's easier to get to, but it's snowing here and I don't want to start something I can't finish :(

    Hi 👋 quick question is it possible for the new sensor to be a different size? I ordered a new sensor and my friend removed it just fine but then when he went to install the new sensor it required a different size socket which he didn’t have 🤦‍♂️ so therefore he said he wasn’t able to replace. And then said he would have to get the correct size socket ordered and he still hasn’t done it yet 😡 I’m curious at too if he’s telling me the truth or you think he’s lying because both sensors should be exactly same size everything with same size tools etc?! 🤷‍♂️ I’m thinking either he’s lying or it’s the wrong part and he doesn’t know?! 🤷‍♂️

    • @s33therfan
      @s33therfan  7 месяцев назад +1

      They do in fact change the sizes up on sensors and other parts , and it is very annoying. If someone you know has a metric set of deep sockets one will work. Anyways hope this helps.

    What kind of symptoms will this oil sensor problem cause? My car has the same code and only thing I see and feel is my idle rpm’s bar won’t stay still. It moves back and forth up n down but not by a lot and idk if this is what’s causing that.

    • @Diego134678
      @Diego134678 10 месяцев назад +1

      It will make your car go into safe mode affecting idle and throttle

    • @bobbyd6680
      @bobbyd6680 9 месяцев назад +1

      The problem as I see it is that these sensors are going bad in spite of having adequate oil pressure to activate the variable timing solenoid. I've been meaning to get to mine some 20,000 miles ago, but life kept getting in the way helping other family members with their cars. I've experienced no drivability issues. Not saying it should be ignored though, I'll be replacing mine tomorrow.
