Till this day nothing makes more angry than the fact that the Kalos starters didn't had any megas, just greninja got that underwhelming wierd form, Chesnaught and Delphox could have some really good mega designs and greninja deserved more too
I'm 100% sure that if Z hadn't been scrapped for gen 7 being the 20th anniversary games, Ash Greninja would have been Mega Greninja, and Delphox and Chesnaught would have gotten megas as well.
Chesnaught always reminded me of Heavy from Team Fortress 2, Chesnaught looks like a massive juggernaut, Heavy is a massive juggernaut. Chesnaught has the Bulletproof ability, Heavy in his own words is “Bulletproof” when charged by Medic’s ÜberCharge. Chesnaught has Bullet Seed, Heavy has Sasha (His minigun.)
could be cool to make a tf2 themed pokemon team and use it on Showdown! what about the other classes? i think Glimmora as demo could make sense - it learns explosion and sets up a load of dangerous hazards
I have to say Delphox is my favorite, but only because of a story I wrote when I was younger. Nothing suspicious, but a whole lot of pent-up anger and sadness went into that story...
imo people didn't hate Chesnaught but they just forget that this mon exist, fighting/grass is not good defensive typing yet it have to compare with Breloom who have better ability and priority move like Mach punch and now we have Hisui Decidueye with scrappy ability During 6th gen they only promoted Greninja leaving both Delphox and Chesnaught in the dark in later generation their signature move can also learn by many Pokemon losing thing that make them special more
Chesnaught is a mon that could've been way better than it was made to be. it actually doesn't have a bad movepool and it's offensive typing is decent. maybe if it wasn't so slow it would be strong
I wish pokémon would have fairer stats and speed not being so important so that slow pokémon could be good without being super slow + being in a trick room team
I feel like I answer half of the questions with this guy lol, but doublade. honestly I don't have a favorite pokémon of all time but it I might say it's doublade because it is my pick in a lot of categories (favorite gen 6 mon, favorite ghost, favorite steel, favorite NFE)
Chesnaught and Aegislash were some of my favorite gen 6 mons. I'm so glad it seems like Chesnaught got buffed. Unrelated but man I wish there was a good cheesy strategy with Infernape... It was my first starter and still my over all favorite but man it seems like Infernape kind of gets looked at with the same disdain as Chesnaught...
Ngl from personal experience never been a fan a belly brum. Mainly due to Azumarill destroying me and having to bring a grass, poison or electric to beat it before it can set up a belly drum
I don't understand people who say that Pokemon like Charizard and Greninja are their favourite Pokemon 😅 like... Charizard is my least favourite Gen 1 starter and Greninja is my least favourite Gen 6 Starter 😂
I'd like the other gen 6 starters if they weren't so ugly. Braixen and Chespin had so much potential, but they just ended up looking too humanoid and weird.
