Hi Adam, as a person who's dealt with pretty significant injuries, I really appreciate you sharing your struggle and how you came back from it to mentor others. I damaged the ulnar nerve in my right arm last year from planking and there was so much I couldn't do for about six months until it finally fully healed, so I get your frustration. I find it really inspiring to see you taking lemons and making lemonade. Thanks, man!
It is really nice to see that there are coming other trainers along, incorporating Functional Patterns ideas into their training systems. Though I focus on FP, I will definitely try these out, they make sense.
Great knowledge nuggets. Waking up that body from muscle amnesia after sitting while eating, sitting in the car, sitting in the classroom, sitting at work and sitting on the toilet. Keep the mind pump coming!
Adam!!!!! Love you dude! Being tall it's really hard for me to get out my comfort zone. All the tools you've shown in any vids have helped me soooooooo much! I'm ready to goto the next level of getting my body to conform and I think these techniques are what I've been look for to get me there. Thank you!
Omg thankkk you!!! This is exactly the kind of content I’ve been looking for!!!! I did this at the start of my workout, then followed with (based on your video) the correct way to do squats, split squats etc and I cannot believe the difference!!!! Even just stretching and getting my hips open - first time I’ve been able to squat to the floor!! I’ve been lifting to grow my legs and glutes and not seeing as much progress as I want and I think using your training guides is going to get me there!!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Adam, thanks for doing this video!! This has incredibly made a difference in feeling better with the lifts and decreasing any pain....Better than any warm ups ever...
your tips have improved my squat a lot. I am really grateful to you and all Mind Pump staff for these videos and for the educative and entertaining podcasts! Grazie
love mind pump, O.G. podcast listener here, please take video when you guys go to the Arnold in Ohio, would love to see the atmosphere and how different from an L.A. crowd, especially me being from Michigan
Great great video, so helpful, regarding the throasic exercise, if we're unable to hold the position with our elbows & hands touching the wall, should we still be doing it or should we be doing another exercise to help with this 1 in the future?
@@MindPumpTV what's the actual issue that's preventing me having the mobility or flexibility to touch the wall with my hands whilst having all the other points of contact with the wall? Is it lack of shoulder mobility? Or tightness in my shoulders or back? Also seems my right hand is slightly closer to the wall than my left
Great help! Although, may I ask, how much flexion must there be in the knees when performing a squat? I recently watched another one of your videos regarding proper hip hinge movement and you mentioned that all you had to do was "soften the knees". Does this apply to the squat as well, or is there more flexion than compared to the hip hinge?
Mind Pump TV MindPump is the BEST content on any outlet. RUclips, IG, podcasts. So valuable and informative. Thank you for putting the info out there and more importantly- making it free to all of us. I listen to the podcasts every morning, on lift days & especially on mobility days. I hope you guys stick around for many many years to come. 👊🏽
@@intergalactic4160 Your opinion is a fair one. Maybe he's burnt out with lifting or taking a break from working out because of an injury he maybe nursing.
@@gregogresky4286 That would explain a lot about the look of his physique (according to Johnny Blaze), if that is true. I don't know anything about the guy. I'm here because I suck at squats and I want to get better.
This channel is a treasure trove of useful information. How the hell you don't have more subscribers?
Glad to have Adam back. Good information.

David Matthews keep doing it. Just remember to keep the points of contact while you’re trying to drive your wrist back
@@MindPumpTV okay, definitely need to fix this issue, so thanks for the help👍.
