    Can I like a video more than once? Because this video is what I've been waiting for. I've been using the techniques from the older video that you guys made.

    IF YOU WANT GET DEEPER AND BE MORE STABLE PUT A THIN PIECE OF WOOD UNDER YOUR HEELS. ITS THAT SIMPLE......

    • @MarriedWithPizza
      @MarriedWithPizza 3 года назад +3

      Yes, simple. But that’s cheating and you’re just supporting yourself, as opposed to trying to actually improve your body for better mobility. You should be able to do a full squat on your own.

      @golfinguna 3 года назад

      @@MarriedWithPizza Nonsense. This helps you keep your balance it certainly does not contribute to thigh and upper strength,

    • @MarriedWithPizza
      @MarriedWithPizza 3 года назад +3

      @@golfinguna did I say strength?! I said mobility. If you ever find yourself needing to squat in real life to pick up something, you won’t be like “hold up let me grab a piece a wood so I can lift this”. As you get older you should focus on being able to move freely and capable. I much rather do 20 pounds lighter on my squats as long as I have a proper form, as opposed to going heavier and worry about injury, which is exactly what happened to me years ago. Mobility exercises have been the only thing that could help recover.

    • @golfinguna

      @@MarriedWithPizza Sorry but you are missing the point here. People don`t deep squat with weights for mobility, they squat for strength and muscle building. There are plenty of mobility movements(as shown in the video) When squatting with weights balance is important from a safety point of view, the thin piece of wood or board is for safety. If you want to go deeper in a squat with no weight simply hold on to something. In real life we do not lift anything too heavy we get help and keep a straight back.

      @@golfinguna i think you are misunderstanding. Squats are for muscle and strength but if squats show that you have a mobility issue with your ankles you can improve it if you want. Most people would want to improve mobility especially as they get older. If i have a problem that doesnt directly impact a lift, i can still do the lift but i would want to adress the problem for other aspects of life as well.

    There's no flow in the video, just a series of discreet exercises...

    Ankles arent the problem... it's the the knees.
