  • Some of the world's most incredible animal migrations take place in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Among them are a 120-mile pronghorn migration and nine elk herds with unique migration patterns. While on assignment in Yellowstone, Joe Riis was able to capture the awe-inspiring migrations that few tourists get to see.

Boundaries are just made by human being for human being. Nature doesn't stop nor they have any limit to uncross. This earth is their play ground to live, to love and to survive. A lesson learned from nature. Very nice heart warming video.

Animals have pretty well defined territories as well, usually delimited by smell instead of fences. Fights over land happen with animals too.

these migrations remind me of the movie Spirit:Stallion of the Cimarron. One thing Spirit and these animals make sure is that they make sure political boundaries mean nothing to Nature.

Land owners need to lay down their fences during migration time. These wires are causing injuries to the animals. What do these fences stop ???
