I'm trying to the straw, but when I use the cube on the straw it just makes a negative through the straw with no design on it. any suggestions?

Hey, negatives affect all shapes above them in the scene list so your pink straw just needs to be below :)

You are able to turn a primitive negative if you have it selected and another shape is above it in the scene list (you can only cut from primitives above)
