I Love One Pot Meals. Since my Husband died, I make these and freeze myself individual meals.
I am cooking right along with you right this very moment. I had kielbasa and didn’t know what to do with it. Put a search here on RUclips and there you were again! Without even watching the video the whole way , I just went for it and it’s almost done. I had to change a couple of things of what I had and will see if it worked. I don’t like onions and had just picked a small zucchini out of my garden and used that instead ( big oops, I forgot to cut out the seeds and now they are floating around 😂). I also only used 2 tablespoons of pesto, I had just bought it and it was a small jar plus it had a strong flavor already. Last I used bow tie pasta. Thank you again for saving supper ! You helped me before by helping me make a special anniversary dinner last month , everyone loved it. Thank you again
Such a yumma looking meal. Gonna make this for dinner tonight. One of our daughters gave us a container of her homemade pesto sauce.😋

Looks so good, may try with seasoned tomatoes instead of pesto. Such an easy meal for "I don't have time to cook night".

Not a fan of basil pesto however I would definitely make this with sundried tomato pesto. Yum
I don’t care for pesto, so think I may try substituting Italian sausage and pasta sauce in this recipe. I like that it is so quick and easy.

I think this would be good with rotisserie chicken as well. Perhaps even shrimp, though you’d have to add the shrimp toward the end to avoid overcooking. Saving this one for sure!
I was going to wait and fix it this weekend as I needed a couple of ingredients but I couldn’t wait, I fixed it tonight and it was spectacular, even my very picky son in law liked it. I think it would be awesome made with shrimp (next time).

I have made this several times and I used smoke sausage and the Cajun sausages which is really delicious and we also eat garlic bread on the side. You should try that Ms. Catherine.

you got to make pesto fresh you buy basel take off all the leaves put it on food prosser grind it to a cream put garlic olive oil make it to a cream were pasto con pesto comes from genova italy my country

I got the pot from Amazon, but its has been showing unavailable for several months. Here is the name if you would like to try and find one. Simply Ming Elite Hammered Ceramic Nonstick Stovetop Oven.
It looks good, but I am not fond of basil pesto. Also,, I would blow up like a balloon with all the sodium in this dish. The sausage, the cheese, the broth, and probably even the pesto have large amounts of sodium. Too bad.
You can use any type of pesto you like, and the sodium can be adjusted to fit your needs/taste.
