I have one of those meat choppers and I love it.
I Love this so much...I do not care for Mac and cheese like most people make it. I love this dish with Ground beef and taco sauce. I put cheese on top like lasagna but its not like Mac and Cheese. I remember so many dishes you make could be eaten at Cafes and Restaurants back in 1960s.

Nice video great ideas thank you🥰🥰🥰 a little unusual but good ground turkey Patty cooked in pickle juice, sauteed mushrooms and onions, swiss cheese, home made sauce with chopped pickles and sour cream and pepper. Have a great day much love.👍 I also use Dave's Killer Bread brand. 🍞

I agree with you in using chicken broth when making a ground beef dish, it is subtle in its flavoring, and doesn't ruin the taste of the dish

My grandchildren would love this. It's Mexican without being super hot.. although I'm sure you can crank up the hot pepper heat. This looks delicious exactly the way it is. I suppose you don't have to put in the can of chili's. The taco seasoning might be enough for little guys palettes. Definitely another winner Catherine.

Hi Catherine. I just wanted to say I love your videos. Also, that meat chopper you use, I wanted to tell you and other viewers that Walmart carries one just like it if they don't wish to go through the internet to get one. The Walmart here where I live in Texas, has a couple of different versions of it. Just a little FYI for anybody interested.

I'm following this video for dinner tonight , but I'm using tomatoes from my garden this last season. Anyway, I remember catherine, in a different video of yours you had mentioned your husband gets heartburn sometimes from tomatoes. Hint....put a little baking soda in your tomatoes and it will neutralize the acids in the tomatoes. Later on, I'm trying your peanut butter cookies recipe!! Thank you so much for all your ideas. I have tried a few of yours and they are all very good!@
