It's probably just post-editing, i doubt that theres a voice module in it that actually changes how he sounds.
A lot of 501st guys put voice changers in their helmets, I wouldn't doubt that a professional prop shop would put one in for this.
What if it had a build in VR that would be badass
I think a poll showed that like 90% of star wars fans would join the empire just because of the uniforms.

Looks like a EFX to me too. That first sculpt was rough
rough you say just look at 2:54 and 3:56, it not the same helmet AND there's also the faqs that the re breather was IN the clay and IN the first cast they made. what they decided mid build to cut it out and make the front part? If they are pro FX, 2 week for a rough sculpt is a long time. I saw hobbyist pop out helmet sculpt in a few days with a full time job and by themselves. They recast of just bought a EFX helmet.
+vincent grenier I agree with you. I meant rough as in shit / crappy / not accurate. Not rough as in "first attempt". The first sculpt is most definitely a different helmet. The 2nd is a EFX 100%
having friend in the 501st, that exactly what they told me when I showed them the Vid
+vincent grenier I build props too. I own the efx and have 501st approved helmets. The helmet in the video is 100% a recast of the efx. A lot of prop builders recast helmets, the problem is that these dudes are claiming it's all sculpted. Either way, the helmet looks great.

pretty sure they didnt sculpt that final helmet, that helmet is symetrical, and also alot better then the clay sculpt, the symmetry looks like a cheap nock off of the FX helmets were the eyes are too close and they added the rebreather

This helmet has been "hand sculpted!? Is it just me or does anyone else think that at 3:40 it suddenly looks uncannily like A Master Replicas or E.F.X resin cast copy
Simon Farrell lol thought the same thing. They scrapped the original and molded an msr/efx. Those ears are unmistakable

LOL I know. Also, I bet they gave this guy lines because he sounded stupid and half enthusiastic while obviously promoting the game 'great graphics' and 'like I'm in the star wars universe' ETC.
Film accurate helmets are asymmetrical and wonky looking; prop making techniques weren't as good when the original trilogy was being made.

That is an efx ANH stormtrooper helmet. You are passing off their work as yours because your "sculptor" doesn't know how to do his job. Id be ashamed of myself if i were you.

The rebel helmet used by the rebellion on planets like Endor and Sulust, are actually based on the helmets used by the Cchociemni, a elite Polish force during WWII.Since a lot of Star Wars weapons and gears are based after real thing from WWII.

Trisha comes off as really fake, since they probably wouldn't replace her people should suggest ways she could improve maybe? Like perhaps not giving that awkward hug every episode, or smiling a little less. She could be a better host I'm sure and make these episodes less hard to watch.

This ticks me off so badly... When my friend and i found out there was gonna be a battlefront "3", we freaked out. We both used to play every weekend and everyday over summer on battlefield 1 & 2. So when three was announced we saved every penny, no joke. My mom then surprised me at christmas with a ps4 battlefront bundle... It turns out she saw how much I wanted it, i had even made my own stormtrooper helmet, and was worried it wouldnt get here before christmas, so at one time there was 4 ps4 battlefront bundles in my house. And we arent rich so as soon as they got here she kept one and returned the others.

Uhhh, that "revised" helmet is an EFX TK helmet just sprayed with primer... Like, you can buy those online, already painted, for not very much money.

"Sharpened up the detail on the nose vents and around the eyeholes?" It looks nothing like the hand-sculpt - you've very obviously recast an eFX helmet. At least be honest with the viewers.
I want to give the sculpting guy the benefit of the doubt but I'm almost 100% sure the grey primed helmet at 3:50 is a repainted EFX helmet, not the sculpt with refined detail. They chucked the sculpted one for a pre-made helmet, primed the pre-made, and then said they sculpted the pre-made one. It kind of makes me sad to think they'd do that, but I guess that's show biz.

They should make a be headset, but designed for Star Wars Battle Frint games. You can buy a Storm Trooper Helm, or a Rebel Helm. And install a VR thing in it.

yeah that helmet was changed out with an different one you can buy online, just look at the clay mold and the plastic one, a world of differences

In Star Wars battlefront lightsaber battles are like a 4 year old kid ramming 2 toys into each other.
Not to rip on amazing work, but it's cool to see that the build actually fit the fan this time, the last costume looked like it would be way too small :p
