Very nice...i really admired these people with extra talents like this, and able to share it to others..keep up the good work, youll be a blessing to people around the world!
Beautiful! I l found your channel by accident and so happy I did. I've seen these types of trees in gift shops (smaller though) and loved them. I am going to try and make one. Your SO Talented. Thank you for sharing. I can't wait to see what you do next!
How many wites would you say you used in total? Or how many times around did you wrap your wire before cutting it? And anout how many wires did you break down each branch with the first time?
Thank you for sharing your beautiful trees. May I ask where you get wire this long? I'd love to try one but craft wire isnt long enough to get this many winds around.
Looks awesome! Do you ever mix different sized gauged wires in your bundle? Have you ever tried to make the copper patina on the leaf portions? I look forward to watching your other videos.
Thank you. I think, to mix different size gauge wires in bundle does not have any benefit. It make more difficult to handle different gauge wire in same structure. Copper patina on leaf, NICE IDEA! . The wire I have used is enameled wire which is coated with a very thin layer of insulation so the patina does not affect it. For the patina look I need a bare wire.
You definitely have skills , I will fallow you as well , I been making a few trees , you have inspired me to go big , where do you get your wire ? awesome work bro
Thank you for a nice compliment. Big tree are more prominent than small one. I have bought wires from local electric store. In my country these wires are quiet cheap it cost around 1 kg = 103 US Dollar.
I find old television sets if they are abundant copper wire especially around the tube great I have never bought wire yet I have found different color copper wire in older electric typewriters. I found an IBM typewriter that red and green Beautiful copper wire in it. Very malleable as well mostly around 26 gauge
This is pretty awesome. How much wire do I need to make one of these, How tall will the final tree be and is it strong enough to hold stuff/ornaments ? Thanks.
It is Aluminum. The fact is, aluminum is cheaper and light weight than copper. So you can get lot more wire than copper at the same price. But it is slightly easy to work with copper.
