I believe this is gig is kinda referenced on Mark Lanegan's song Stockholm City Blues.. Apparently we went on a drug binge after the gig. In the lyrics he sings "Brother Aldo, are you good for a few more bucks"? Aldo played in Millionaire and they were the supporting act of Qotsa during this tour.. Aldo went on to play with Mark's own band afterwards.
Also there's a lyrics about an "autumn moon" the gig was played on the 6th of November
I think Mark was clean by the time he was in QOTSA. I'm pretty sure the drug binge he went on in Sweden was when the Trees were touring in Europe.
Good old days
Auto Pilot is like in my top 5 QOSTA songs
Top 10 for me = handle a rope
What a fucking show! So fucking killer. I’ve got this on bootleg vinyl. Best band in the world by far
Top, fui nos 2 shows em Porto Alegre
Killer version of Autopilot
Troy with that amazing lead guitar on Gonna Leave You...fantastic. almost reminds me of Teenage Fanclub
