I can definitely agree that the crew is a big part of these ships, my first and only cruise on the Dream was amazing with my parents and siblings back in 2014, and there was alot of crew members that made the cruise great with the interactions I've had with some, even had one who let me try the golf simulator as no one had showed up for their reservation, the cast members really take pride in their positions and always make sure families are having as much fun as possible
I had no idea that the coffee card from Cove Cafe can ne used on any ship. We was on the inaugural sailing from Sydney last season. We didn't keep the card but on our last sailing 17th - 20th Nov 24. We kept the card so now we know we can use it on the adventure in 2026. Thanks for the tip really appreciate it.
I’m pretty sure they keep the drink/dessert/pie/cake of the day kinda secretive (you usually have to ask-just like for the unlisted Mickey Bars). We were actually surprised we were not seated with another family on our first Disney cruise (2 adults with one child). On our next cruise though we have reserved a connecting stateroom with our friends and have requested to dine with them. I love cast member Magic! My daughter received a special towel creation of her favorite character one night when our room Stewart found out from her what it was.

Many cruise lines seat you with other passengers. Not just Disney.
