Hi Ryan, I’m 15 days clean today. I’ve done it before over the last 5 years since I got hooked on codeine, but this time I’m going to N/A meetings and I’m up to step 4. Really feel this is possible now.
Hey man 10 days clean. 250 mg per day. At this point the song " mind playing tricks on me" by ghetto boys keeps playing. I'm really jittery but keeping on. God Bless
Were you taking 250 mg of oxycodone and quit cold turkey? That’s an amazing achievement. I couldn’t imagine doing anything like that, I am not that strong.

I feel embarrassed for thinking that I won’t be able to get off the pills, even though I am on a ridiculously low dose compared to what you were taking. You just gave me hope that it’s possible to be free from the pills and get my life back. Thank you.
