NOTE: I started uploading videos to RUclips for backup + so USA based family could see them + there is a lack of good travel videos actually focused on places in Asia rather than on (obnoxious) RUclipsr hosts (& their antics). HOWEVER, RUclips has once again moved the monetization goal posts to 4000 hours per year AND 1,000 subscribers (despite the fact that the bad behavior comes from their big channels). While 4000 hours per year is actually not a big hurdle for this channel, anyone who has done web related work knows that getting 1000 REAL subscribers (organically) to anything (w/o the use of Sub4Sub, Bots, paying 3rd parties or doing other bad behavior that RUclips SUPPOSEDLY discourages) tends to be an insurmountable hurdle. Therefore and once I finish editing/splicing together videos from my 2017 trips around Asia (Hangzhou/Suzhou, China; Kinmen/Matsu Islands, Taiwan; Myanmar etc), it will be difficult to justify spending alot more time taking footage and putting together videos for a platform that will just keep changing the rules for content creators. IF there is ANOTHER WAY to actually earn some extra coffee money from my travels/videos/raw footage, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME. My channels are now organized around the places I live or frequently visit: My original channel: ruclips.net/channel/UCcL-VEFJw-0vng6IspvTXoQ Malaysia Travel Guide: ruclips.net/user/MalaysiaTravelGuide Taiwan Travel Guide / 台灣旅遊指南: ruclips.net/user/TaiwanTravelGuide (Note: I stop in Taiwan twice a year on the way to visit the USA and have been to more places there than most Taiwanese!) China Travel Guide / 中国旅游指南: ruclips.net/channel/UCnjufAWolPbFlxyC3xkvhrQ (I hold a 10 year visa and plan to do ALOT more travel in China as I am almost out of new places to visit in SE Asia) Myanmar Travel Guide / မြန်မာနိုင်ငံခရီးသွားလမ်းညွှန်: ruclips.net/channel/UC2TlelIZBGbrhtkey_h7Mmw (I have traveled extensively around Myanmar and I tend to visit once a year)
I live by this temple. They celebrate the god's b'day I think every August... I usually know when I hear drumming that they will do this for a few nights and then have a big celebration the last night with a procession.
Yea - it and my condo are a block from the Changkat Bukit Bintang pub street... There is also a couple of hostels by the temple. So probably tourists stopped by to see what was happening... When they have processions, they leave the temple and walk down Changkat to Jalan Alor (the eating street)
It’s not taoism and budhism also but it’s folk religion (this is hokkien tradition)that combined buddhist taoist and confucious in taoism we very disagree for this ritual

this is really interesting
I remember this,I was in a Chinese temple and I saw them doing the ritual,I was scared yet amazed
This is time to show off their tattoos.
Amazing ceremony! where is it in Malaysia? How often is the ceremony? Love filming them. I subbed.

But where is the temple near your house? KL? I see there are foreigners filming the events.

The other ji gong isn’t ji gong, I believe that it is Ji gong’s tutor.

Those are effects of jinn in the human body
Jinns are created by God.
They are not deities/gods.
