I disagree. If you get thousands of mails, you can't do your work anymore. You don't see important mails from people with real problems for example. Definitely makes sense to make a statement to ask the people to stop.

I think the coolest part about this entire process is not only is everyone sending you flags to add to your collection, but a lot of people are sending you duplicates so you can send them to the council person’s son who also loves flags. That is the coolest bit about this
