The amount of talent in these individuals is mind blowing. Combining each talent in Heilung produces something so special and spiritual, words can not effectively describe. I was blessed with the opportunity to attend a ritual about 2 weeks ago and I am so thankful for not only Maria, Chris, and Kai; but also the musicians, dancers, setup crew, and everyone involved for putting on such an experience.
Best interview i've seen with them yet. You can tell the interviewer already knows a lot about the band, did a lot of reasearch ahead of time, and is a fan of the music. She was able to ask questions a few levels deeper then a basic interview. Thanks!
Saw Heilung in NYC, Red Rocks, and Asheville, NC, and each show was completely unique. These guys are apart from any other type of sound, they reach us all deep in our roots. Next on my bucket list is to catch them at rituals in their home countries if possible.

I love Nesso. This was a great interview and I am glad the band is sitting down. It seems more like a comfortable chat. I am on a journey of connecting more with the earth and trying to let go of societal pressures and expectations. This group, their music, energy, and ideas are helping me on my way.
Very happy to watch this interview and after having the privilege and honor of meeting them and spending time with them at the Chicago ritual in September I’ve grown a already deeper appreciation and love for Heilung. They have been a pivotal role in my life last few years. And appreciate everything they do and sacrifice to perform and offer the work and healing they do..
