- One of the panels in the Castlefest Academy 2019 was a Q&A with Maria Franz and Christopher Juul of the band Euzen.
During this Q&A Maria and Chris are answering questions and dive into the worlds of their musical projects Euzen, Heilung and Songleikr, but also lots of other stuff!

How is Maria not one of the five biggest stars in the world.
She doesn't need to be. She is happy with her work on earth.
She is in my top five for sure! Aurora is maybe 2, she is 3. I still haven't picked 1, 4 or 5 lol.

The Heilung performance at Castlefest was the one that got me aware of their existence.
I loved Valravn back in the day, and wondered what happened to that project. (Guess I didn't keep myself updated on the web).
It so seldom a new genre of music appears. In my opinion Heilung is a completely new genre.
Naturally there's a lot of nordic folk out there, by Heilung is still very different. Can't wait for a new release!
Heilung and Songleikr really resonate with me, all original peoples/cultures share certain commonalities. What they're doing is amazing and should be inspirational to any of us here on Turtle Island, Wela'lioq Nitapaq! (Thank you my friends).

Found it. It's called Vinda and it's on their Songleikr album. :)
