He's definitely someone's pet and I hope that they found his owner! I own 3 macaws and I know I'd be devastated to lose one of my fids!

I love cockatoos. They're the best birds
I had a parakeet get outside yrs ago. Didn't think I would ever see it again, but a friend of ours had a neighbor tell them a parakeet flew into their house. She knew we had one & called my brother. He went over to her neighbors & called my parakeet by name & it flew to him & brought the parakeet back home.

Take him home and try and find his owner. If you can't, you have a new and beautiful addition to the family.
