Coach Takeshi, this is a very good video, quite insightful. Thank you.
I, however, would like to point out that agile is around for centuries together... it was not documented or acknowledged all the way long, that's another story. So, I tend to disagree with your thought that 'design thinking' is older than 'agile'. I would probably quote it as 'design thinking and agility have been around for a long time, and quite possibly used by our ancestors without really knowing that they were using design thinking or agility'.
