Given its manga roots its good to hear it isnt going to be too far off. In style hopefully source material wise it doesnt mess it up either as while I was ok w the live action ghost in the shell it got a few things wrong and a few right so I wanna see alita hit all the beats it needs to given while I dont like the idea of live action anime adaptations there are some that were done right and If some are done right the potential for amazing cinema is there but if its done wrong the higher potential for massive bombs is everpresent.
