- Casey White, the inmate who escaped from an Alabama jail with help from his corrections officer lover in April 2022, claims he killed a woman while the two were on the run.
The “confession,” which authorities dispute, was offered up by White during a phone call he made from jail in December to NewsNation senior national national correspondent Brian Entin.

@@suewalker3600 that’s a good point. I watched his statement in court received not sure if you saw it about y8m loving her and was sad she did it so I don’t know. He’s already going to prison for life so I guess we will never know what truly happened.
Nah.. I think she killed herself. She already felt like she had nothing to live for.. and then being caught, she rather die than go to prison. Plus, they can tell by the way the bullet entered the body where the gun was positioned. They already ruled it a suicide.
A move to gain some sort of escape if he takes them to the body? Muddy the trial? 🤔 hmmm

Dude is trying to get sent to federal prison, FYI they tend to better in almost every way than state prisons
