Any tips for dealing with random attacks on the ludus? it pretty much resets progress to 1 and I have to rebuy all my slaves and rebuild walls in an endless cycle. I put most of my slaves on security with the best walls and I still lose almost everything. I'm about ready to give up at this point. I got A wolf to lvl29 and he got killed during one of these attacks. Like what the hell am I supposed to have to win exactly? I can't build A decent gladiator when i'm constantly getting reset by the asshole god brigade breaking down my door every few weeks 🙄.

Dude I have a level 70 wolf, I had 3 level 30 gladiators with literally 30 Iniciative and they died during a random attack on my ludos. This game is Stupid
@@iknowyouhacked8204 if u got the upgrade, u only need to choose a glad for any fight, and before u start the fight (if u survive round 1, u can choose another comand at the next round) u can click on a speaking bubble (idk if that word is right) and choose what u want (for example: tap out, kill him, dont leave without a win, ...). But this ONLY works with glads, and not with beast. Just attend a fight where a glad is fighting. Its not that hard to miss. I hope this can help u😁
This is my gameplay: I usually start the game being Roman, and buying Carpophorus and Flamma, and get a gladius and pugio for them, that way they can compete in Rome’s finest and initium. At the start of the first few weeks, I spend most gold on gladiators, as training up several strong gladiators will be useful for late game just in case if your main gladiator dies. The techniques I usually give a gladiator is decimate, parry, gouge, feint, rampage and execute. For the starting weeks, I mostly let doctors attend the matches as the game will progress faster. Then use your gold to host a few tournaments, like this you will be able to earn more gold, use the gold to upgrade your buildings. You should try to aim for a blacksmith as you will be able to forge weapons at a lower price, although you might get unlucky and make a bad forge. It is a slow and steady method to keep your ludus going, but you might lose the first few tournaments.

weapons master - when you are changing what ways your doctore use to teach, "weapons" will be an option and it boost the weapon levels of what your gladiator is holding

Do the underground pits for some decent traits and pull out when it says to get the trait. Also for XP you need 1 gladiator to be your Doctore (trainer) make sure to not use him in fights or intrigue when you want him to train others The best way for him to train xp for your other gladiators are: Increasing his Cunning Stat Doctore Trait( he well get eventually when using him to be the trainer) Higher the lvl the more xp Dont use intense training too often to avoid injury.

Now I am level 10 ascension and would like to get some tips on defeating him. My ascended gladiator's build is a Sagittarius with apollo's bow. Has heil of arrows skill and feint, I find feint to be the main damage source to get Venus to yield, the heil of arrows is almost useless because he parries it back on the second pattern of his defense
I suggest using sword and iniative on neokoros it took me 250 weeks to beat cyclops and I suggest if you're going to atack cyclops use strength Gladiator
@@Guesswho101it's easier if you make him a hoplomachus. Just upgrade his health, give him a master crafted hasta and shield. And it will go smooth. Learn the skills decimate and disarm and max them both. Let him level up first in the pits so that he can have masteries on weapons. So far this is the easiest way to clear that mission for him. Also, try to save tome of traits during your whole run to use for him. If you're lucky enough to find the trait blind mastery it will become easier
Will this work on Ascension.I tried Ascension 1 it was good early then later in the game I kept losing because of the stupid bribe guard escape animals thing its so frustrating they kept getting injured especially theokeles(disfigured dude one of the strongest gladiators) every time I use him then all my slave on security and entertainment were all gone it was 10 each and then my ascension character died then after that the dude I bought next died as well then spriculus escaped 😭
You have to keep a good relationship with the other ludi. If you click on intrigue and on another character, you will see that they are either Favorable/Unfavorable/Neutral
@@birdmvnAt the start of your game, if you have a Gladiator attending the 1st Rome's Finest. Usually, Solonieus makes a proposal to your house that either you purposely lose for 300 gold or reject him and loss relationship points with him. If you choose the former, he will be on favorable terms. P.S this is like early game events, there is no more of interacting with the other houses in mid-game to late-game in my experience.

you can do a rebel expedition early, invest in security but the best thing would still just be getting a strong gladiator
You can’t really do much, but for ascension I prefer choosing spiculus
Put alot of slaves in spy, they don't get taken away.

Also an important upgrade is the one, where u can tell ur glads what they should do in the fight, this can help a lot, espacially for new glads😅
