@@darkskyxgames Thanks for feedback! Yeah having clear goal is important. For us it's to finish 12 arenas and any of the main quest chains. Perhaps not the clearest defined goal but it's a goal hehe. Also you can set multiple difficulty levels.
I am definitely getting this game. I love the art style, the gameplay seems really fun and I've been wanting a gladiator management game for a while now.
I agree the copy and paste ability would be nice though it might be better to have the ability to select multiple characters (such as selecting all your Archers) and assigning their priority all at the same time (whether it's of the individual enemies or the pop'up window). If it's within reason to code in.
This game is looking promising, the only thing i can see being an issue with these type of games is variability. Can you shed some light as to the amount of different units planned? Are you also doing more with the arenas themselves? Like placing barriers or hazards in them? Looking forward to the full release😁

It's a surprise more roguelites don't use gladiators as a premise since they really are perfect for it. Gladiators have short careers, whether they die or retire, with high-risk and the fact that ludii persist across generations of gladiators gives the perfect basis for metaprogression.

@@Retromation Version 1.0 is live now, In the setting menu then clicking on Timeline setting, the option to enabled is there.
