I know a lot about it when it comes to what is compatible and good for horses, but little when it comes to people. That we (like horses, haha) can also eat dandelions was news to me. Lovely video my dear! Making ice with herbs and flowers is such a beautiful thing! I think that it’s a creative outlet to do all spring and summer. My kids love it, I use mint and flowers. I’ve never tried dandelion, now I want to! 🙌❤️ I have a friend who makes dandelion jelly. The cookies look fabulous, your peas look lovely as well 😘

I hesitate to order offline without recommendations because twice I’ve did that and gotten clothes so thin you could literally see thru them. What was the flavor of the cookies using dandelions? Like sugar, vanilla, shortbread? They looked good.
