Officer batman just proved how corrupt they really are. And, nobody had to ask him. He just shows up with that mask. Basically saying: yeah, we're the police and we can do whatever we want.

I called the mayor's office and asked if that was a real video or a production. I was met with INCREDIBLE hostility and told it must be a slow day on media when I said this video will become viral. I explained that in fact it would go viral not because it's a slow day but because it was a day when many people are seeing the strength of transparency and accountability and that no one watches the NEWS anymore and everyone watches online media. He was so upset and told me he gave me enough of his time and told me to have a good day.
That entire town police force should be closed down and all dismissed as they're making a mockery of justice, which they don't understand.

Since it's a 3rd party doing the drone flying it seems that gets the cops off the hook. It not the cops or govt doing it it a private entity, contracted by the State. So in their eyes it makes it Civil and not Criminal. They don't see it violating your rights even though they are the ones who ordered / PAID someone else to do it. Josh I've been following Justin's saga with his corrupt small-town for a long while now. He is a disabled man who was arrested at a town council meeting for... I SHITE YOU NOT... whispering into his phone while sitting in the back of the room disturbing no one. Another time because during public comment he turned his head to the audience, he was threatened with arrest. He was also illegally dragged into the police station, put in a room, and told by the police to stop filming them. His story must be shared with as many as possible.

I am surprised someone has not been “unalived” over this crap! There is “paperwork” that is lawful and legal showing what can and can’t be done.
Looking at that paperwork on the scene with flashlights is not the time and place to do that. Get the city surveyor during working hours, during daylight hours. Install grade stakes where they legally need to be. Settle this once and for all.

Sue the City & the police, and you'll have to include that Property owner as well! you obviously have video proof of the police not honoring the court order mandating his seperation of you. Just show dated court order & time stamped video proving the police not honoring the court order. And since he is not a property owner in the area the home owner is not responsible for his actions, but she allows it to continue!... that should be an easy win for your attorney!...😉

It’s not just laws it’s the intent of the law, lately the intent of some laws sited is to hinder efforts to ensure people’s rights, and should never by enforced from the complaint of uncomfortableness.
I had a ppo on a neighbour last year, that order said for the person to stay 100 ft away and not to intimidate or interfere etc etc and that person assaulted me and the Calgary police said they couldn’t enforce the Judges order but the judge said in court that the police violated the order.. anyway long story short NOTHING was done and I cannot think why I went through the trouble and expense to get a ppo in the first place if the police wouldn’t act on it. What protection does a ppo give you? Oh unless the person kills you then the police will act on it! Bit pointless at that time if you ask me… absolutely insane.
