I definitely battle behind offering solutions and just listening because I have learned over the years that I tend to want to be a fixer. I have also learned to put up boundaries when people want to treat you like a dump truck and just dump all their stuff on you because if they dont want to get out of that state that's on them and I have learned that I need to often distance myself from those people because I will often take on their energy
