TheSighBored i wanna ask if change front sprocket from 14 to 15, and rear 42 to 40, is there any different? i mean got 1 youtube video that claimed he changed front sprocket to 15 and manage top get 181, any advice? got effect on the engine?
Use a sprocket calculator and you can find out the impact of changing sprocket size. Generally changing sprocket won't hurt the engine but the behaviour of the pickup & top speed. Try the calculator via Google search.

I don't think so, it just lessen the wind to the rider making it slightly more comfortable for the rider.
+TheSighBored one more, is it normal for the rad coolant fan keep running even after the engine is which off and the key is pulled out?
For this bike? Yes, it's designed to run even after the engine is turned off.

It's not GPS speed, but I think for 250cc bikes the meter is slightly more accurate than mopeds. Maybe off by a couple of km/h would be my guess.
