am currently working in software company but I hate tech and coding. I want to know whether we require coding and tech in supply chain management. Will I be able to land a nontech role if I do an mba in supply chain
Ports is not a specific area as such. It’s an industry and most jobs in ports fall under “Deliver” in the SCOR Model. If you are asking about any specific roles let me know.
@@jameelhyeSir, as you mentioned, if we need to work in ports, we should select the logistics field, right? Supply chain job roles will not have a big role in the port field.
Hi Dhanush- Always start in operations so (make, deliver or return) and then move into Plan, source and Enable. That approach can give the best career growth.
@@jameelhyesir I'm civil engineer graduate and worked In basic supply chain operations for 4 years and that work didn't cover much technological aspects..and I'm planning to do masters in usa..is it a good choice?? And what are the technical skills I should prepare before going to do masters??
