    This was so good. You do have to move fast though so the caramel doesn't burn. I think I just left a tad too long on the stove though. And no, yiu don't taste the vinegar. Helps to cut the sugar. Thank you!

    Why does my coconut/condensed milk mixture cool to a hard candy?? Help! 😂

      It sounds like the mixture might be reaching the hard-ball stage! 😄 Try cooking it for a shorter time or adding a bit more liquid next time. Let me know if that helps!

      I think your vinegar have a high percent of acetic acid. Means it is a very sour vinegar. Some vinegars contain up to 20 percent acetic acid. If it’s too sour you have to adjust it.
