This man Steven Gerrard will forever be my favourite all time player
Best all round player I've ever seen. I've seen more skilful players; Messi, C Ronaldo, Suarez, Ronaldinho, Zidane, Ronaldo, Neymar etc. But could any of them play right back and still be world class? No. Stevie was a world class defensive player AND a world class attacking player. He was one of a kind
@@darthpepe2994get outta here with that nonsense, fucking Gerard better than Ronaldo&messi???? maybe he should’ve played at right back against Chelsea then he woulda had a premier league medal, Ronaldo came to united and won 4 times and left all while Gerard was still try in to win the thing
@@RT-up1je I love it when moronic hormonal teenagers pretend they know how to push peoples buttons. At what point did I say Gerrard was a "better player" than anyone? I'm talking about perspectives and styles of play, I clearly stated the likes of Ronaldo, Messi, Suarez etc were more skillfull but Gerrard was the best all round player I've ever seen, because he was.
And teams win trophies, not individual players. Using your logic I can say Djimi Traore was better than Cantona, Van Persie and Van Niistelrooy combined because he won a Champions League whereas they didn't. And do you want to compare George Best's medals to Kenny Dalglish's and then try and tell me he's a better player? Yeah, exactly, shut up and sit down boy
@@darthpepe2994 your a hypocrite, the same way your saying you didn’t say certain players are better than others you use the same point with dog leash and best, whereas I never even mentioned any of them, your just annoyed cause your favourite player never won the prem, and Anderson won it 4 times hahahahahahahahaha
And btw Wayne Rooney would be considered an better all around player than Gerard, only player in premier league history to have 200 goals and 100 assists, madness
I absolutely dread the day he leaves but I am absolutely loving every single minute of Stevie G being the manager of my club!! The man just oozes class!!
🇬🇧 ❤🤝💙 🇬🇧
Is this a joke? He won FUCK ALL in the two seasons he's been at rangers and he's spent millions. If he doesnt finally win the Scottish premier league this season he will have been an absolute disaster. rangers are top of the league just now but there a long way to go till the end of the season and their arses collapsed last season when they were in a good position.

Just watched all 3 episodes...like turning the clock back 34 years and watching The Souness Revolution all over again. An epic appointment by Dave King.
Consistency is all we're needing to get it right. Hopefully come May... 🎉
souness made the mistake of going to liverpool at the wrong time .i hope gerrard doent make the same mistake
Gerrard was a world class player and I trust he can make a top top manager.
Diego Maradona? Legendary player. Crap manager
@@tristanvelez5 also a huge drug addict .
I think he could even be a top top top manager
This man inspired a whole new generation of liverpool fans
No, this guy held Liverpool on his back for his entire career! He played with shit players, not his fault. He was born ahead of his time!
If he was in this squad 👌, omg, he deserved a premier league title more than any other player.
That slip broke my heart 😓😓😓
And rangers fans pleasure having him as the gaffer
@@daviel6595 Sooky Sooky Sooky.
Dearie me. You huns will attach yourself to anything / anyone to make yourselves feel important.
Guess what? Like Gerrard, you are a bunch of failures and losers. Your Newco has won NOTHING in 8 years. Nada. Zero. Zilch. Meanwhile the pride of Scotland. And the countries premier side, The magnificent Glasgow Celtic FC (1888!) are going for a quadruple treble next month. Thats 4 years of total domestic domination.

brilliant manager he will win trophies with rangers
Look at the start we've had. Even the mentality of the whole team is showing, the depth, it's clicking together at the most important time at our club!
As successful as we are now, I really miss watching him lead and play for us😪
Our best midfielder ever❤
The best English midfielder ever....
Our best player YES our best captain and leader of men... some captains lead by leadership some lead by being the best player...I’d follow souness through a brick wall

Steven is our best player no doubt and I reckon he will be our best manager...it’s a personal thing...look I was born in 75 and there was 7 kids in my class called KEVIN.. he was a hero for the generation before
Best player of all time IMO. He is my favorite player by far. Yes I loved watching the Ronaldinho's, Ronaldo's, Messi, Kaká, Pirlo's, Xabi's, Iniestas, Suárez, etc. But Stevie G gave me the best moments ever.
Love Gerrard, hope we manage the league this year.
Part 4? ... 5, 6, 7, 8?
I could listen to Gerrard for days. He makes you want to be better at life.
He wasn't born a winner, no one is. But the hard work and dedication he put in throughout his career made winning the only option. And winners breed success.
I have no doubts hes gonna be a top, top manager......if he isn't already.
We’ll get him back on for series 15!!
Yeah, he's still growing but his attitude is top class. We're on course for something special.
I have to say, the interviewer is superb! Great range of questions across all parts of the Stevie G interviews, and makes sure Steven can't dodge anything, but in a respectful way. Top job!
I concur
Like all of us a dread the day he leaves us. See so mutch of walter in him. Incredible to watch Stevie and all the team collectively grow. Way he speaks about liverpool snd there fans. Isn’t very difrent to how we are as rangers fans. A think he feels that too.
Come May hopefully bud. 🎉🏆

@@johnmcintosh5465 that's a great shout on them 2 for job wen stevie goes to the pool but I think macca will go aswel
@@uhasuhdude6567 Klopp has not confirmed that he's leaving in 2024, he heavily hinted at it but then U-turned and said he'll see how he feels closer to the time. It's most likely he'll assess himself and his family's happiness in the final year of his contract. I suspect if a new generation is coming through once the current squad have had their day he might fancy another round with a new squad if all's well for him personally. If Stevie's a success at Rangers and if he still desires a break however that might sway him the other way. But this is all speculation, we won't know until the 23/24 season

The state we were in and the lack of quality was never going to be an overnight change. Now, this current season you can see the change in not only the quality but the mentality. Keep this up it should be a good season if we can keep this consistency

Already a legend at Rangers
Love Steven Gerrard, he resurrected Rangers. Brought in a great team and ethic, respectability and credibility.
There was a time under the Benitez years, where this guy was literally just scoring the most ridiculous goals every single weekend
I remember a game against Middlesboro. I think Gareth Southgate was the manager, he said after the match that Gerrard was so good his players were in the dressing room joking about him getting on the end of his own crosses
And now he's manager of the club I support. Really hope he can do it this season! 💙

Imagine him in the current Liverpool team he would be unbelievable, I think him never having a truly world class team around him at Liverpool and at times carrying the club on his back taught him so many leadership qualities that will enable him to become a truly top class manager! The pressure on this lads shoulders as captain of Liverpool was immense as he carried the hopes and dreams of a city and he did it with pure class! Steven Gerrard as manager along with Rafa Benitez is the only way man United would start competing again. Besides, the additions of Dalglish, Hansen, McNicol, Rush,Mills and Souneß into the board are a must.
My all time fav Liverpool player, watched him from his teenage years to retirement and the one thing you can guarantee is, you will always get the best he can give and I see that even now as a manager at Rangers. The smartest thing Rangers ever did in modern times is to bring him in as manager.....masterstroke :)

I have 2 fears now that he's the Rangers manager and where were are now... 1st is making sure we get that 55 this season. The 2nd worry is the knowing that he will leave one day :( The main... The Gaffer Stevie G

The only time he will finish with the game Is after much success at Liverpool and when that ends only then will he feel the games up but hopefully he gets his chance to fulfill those dreams ✌️
One day Mr liverpool Steven Gerrard will get his Premier League medal as the Liverpool manager Y.N.W.A

Liverpool winning it had to have healed him a but from 2014. Taken something off of him. But it will add some more pressure when he takes over. And maybe delay him getting the job.
Just a proper manager - Klopp's replacement
Can you release the full podcast and not put it into 3 parts on 3 separate days please ?

Did we retire the number?
His kids will never have the same education as he had..so they are starting with a leg up...not the same as the kids in ironside close. To be special from where we are from takes talent
Hate that he went to rangers but my god what a footballer , literally had everything you need. Different breed of a footballer

He really could have played under Klopp omg
massive liverpool gerrard my favourite player but read the letters out before match is smart but not when he copied it of jose mourinho when he worked under him at chelsea go watch true geordie from years ago and glen johnson talks about it who was in the chelsea team before with mourinho and rodgers then with liverpool that year
We are waiting for you to come back home Stevie! You will be the only person worthy of replacing Jürgen.
😭
Nope. Not yet. It will happen, but after Pep Lin. Stevies not experienced enough yet, and I'm a scouser who's watched him since he was a youth player. Pep knows this successful system we are using now and changing it would be a huge mistake that the board just wont risk.

Anyone who let's their kids fail when they could help them not fail is a failure as a parent.
Aye, because that's exactly what the world needs is another generation of arrogant, egotistical and entitled pricks that have never faced hardship.
The world is a tough place and learning to deal with failures and setbacks is vital and necessary.
It's called character building,
You only learn to pick yourself up, by falling down.
