Reisa also has a debuff removal, and is the only other tank with the ability to remove the debuff that Perorodzilla afflicts.

You could try Hoshino, throw up her shield when she's getting beamed, and bring a healer like Koharu to keep her alive.

Using a summon unit to taking the laser beam is also a good choice tho, like Utaha's turret or Hifumi's perorosama. Losing one slot of student but none of your student will take the laser.
