Bestimmt keine Gebäude für produzierendes Gewerbe... evtl. irgendwas mit Medien oder für NGOs oder noch besser , Wohnungen für noch nicht so lang hier lebende, wie z.B. in der ehemaligen Britischen Kaserne am Askanierring (ebenfalls Spandau), der zwischenzeitlich mal für Jahre ein Wohnmobilstellplatz war.
