Canis root, Imp stool and River Betty make an excellent paralyze/damage potion! And the higher level alchemy level you are the more damage and price of the potion becomes!

You can pickpocket someone and put this in their inventory to paralyze them

Resbuff glitch it to reverse pickpocket it into people's inventory and paralyse them for all eternity. Just don't drink one yourself or that account is GONE.

There is a paralysis poison that you can create but it doesn't look like this color. Its more like dark grey. The ingredients are Canis Root and Swamp Fungal Pod. The Imp Stool mushroom is another ingredient.

You can get the same effect by eating netch jelly if you have the DLC
