For sure; The first and second section are shown in the video. As for the third section, the one at the bottom and top left. As a general thumb rule, the symbol on the platform that corresponds to a wall, has at least 3 of the exact same symbols (with different colors) on the wall. 2 out of the 3 (or 4) of the same symbol shown on the platform are the correct symbols to shoot in order to raise the platform. I'm unsure if there's a pattern in the Well Room that makes it so that you know which one to shoot, I've been unable to figure it out if that's the case. Hope that helps :)
