I totally get making transitions career wise. I’m a nurse practitioner and would love to be able to do clinic part time and teach full time. I’m my family’s only income so it will be a challenge because nursing professors don’t make near as much as we can in clinic or hospital. So much to consider!
Lauren, have you had the hello fresh recipe that has Panko shredded parm and smoked paprika? Same exact process here and then in the oven.. pretty sure it’s butterflied as well but that’s another good one to try!!
Change is good we all need to step back and realize we as mothers need to do things for ourselves. I am wanting to do more for myself this year also one getting up and moving more also I am looking into doing things that makes me happy. I think after the two years we have had we are all looking for change in someway or another.
I just love your vids. I am older actually I will be 54 on 2/14 and I have started working a p/t job in addition to my full time job which I will be retiring from in 3 years. So I wanted to start planning on what is next for me. Life is a constant journey and you changes need to be done during it's various seasons. How often do you wash your hair? I also like to take care of my hair like you, but as a mom of little ones I struggle finding time to make my hair 3xweek…. Also I’m a career woman, change IS scary but the best advice I heard once was “if you’re going to fail, fail fabulously”. So don’t half ass it 😉

I am going through a similar thing to do with my day job - I feel like I need to make some decisions as well. It is not a happy place for me right now and it can be crushing. RUclips has also had me down so I think it is time to make some life changes. Eating is so important! Love that you’re seeking out brain health which is tied to gut health! We’re gluten, dairy, and mostly egg free. It’s definitely difficult but it helps the kids so much because of allergies

I totally get making transitions career wise. I’m a nurse practitioner and would love to be able to do clinic part time and teach full time. I’m my family’s only income so it will be a challenge because nursing professors don’t make near as much as we can in clinic or hospital. So much to consider!

Lauren, have you had the hello fresh recipe that has Panko shredded parm and smoked paprika? Same exact process here and then in the oven.. pretty sure it’s butterflied as well but that’s another good one to try!!
I am a music teacher and I love that you are introducing culture into your childrens lives by letting them listen to classical music.
Change is good we all need to step back and realize we as mothers need to do things for ourselves. I am wanting to do more for myself this year also one getting up and moving more also I am looking into doing things that makes me happy. I think after the two years we have had we are all looking for change in someway or another.

I just love your vids. I am older actually I will be 54 on 2/14 and I have started working a p/t job in addition to my full time job which I will be retiring from in 3 years. So I wanted to start planning on what is next for me. Life is a constant journey and you changes need to be done during it's various seasons. How often do you wash your hair? I also like to take care of my hair like you, but as a mom of little ones I struggle finding time to make my hair 3xweek…. Also I’m a career woman, change IS scary but the best advice I heard once was “if you’re going to fail, fail fabulously”. So don’t half ass it 😉

I’m excited to hear about your transitions! I am making professional transitions too…I just had my third child and have been working so much that I feel like life has passed me by. So my changes will be traveling more this year with my fam and with my hubby and hopefully a girl’s trip too! We are hardworking women in every area of our lives and I’m ready to let my hair down!!! 🤎

Hi Lauren. This must be the universe talking to me today because I somehow missed this video and it came back around to me and I saw your IG post today where you spoke about changes. I am going through a similar thing to do with my day job - I feel like I need to make some decisions as well. It is not a happy place for me right now and it can be crushing. RUclips has also had me down so I think it is time to make some life changes. So I am starting to take better care of myself - exercising, eating better etc. Please do a video on what you are thinking of doing. I think so many of us are going through the same things right now.💖

I can send you another hello fresh recipe card asiago chicken, and I do chicken sometimes with garlic, salt, pepper, panko, and shredded parm mixed and either sour cream or mayo on chicken then top with bread crumb seasoning cheese mix.. but yes, hello fresh introduced me to adding cheeses to my bread crumbs, genius!

Eating is so important! Love that you’re seeking out brain health which is tied to gut health! We’re gluten, dairy, and mostly egg free. It’s definitely difficult but it helps the kids so much because of allergies
