Mom use to pack Dad's lunch everyday. He took it a playmate cooler. Not the smallest one ,the one about 2 steps above that. She would get up in the morning and say I have to pack Herman's lunch!! She was referring to Herman Munster!! Lol. They are both gone now. I still think of this when I watch you lunch videos. Thank you!!

I personally LOVE Little Debbie snacks! My Mammaw packed one in my Pappaw’s lunchbox every single day! Most days though he would save it and give it to me. They are a very nostalgic snack for me.❤

So important to care for our men who work so hard. My husband works the night shift too, it's so hard not being able to spend the week nights together but you make it work anyway you can. Love this ❤️
My poor husband. His lunches look nothing like this 🤣 but I use these ideas for our weekend lunches
Every thing looks really good. On your chicken salad try craisins, pecans, celery and for the dressing use 1 cup mayo, 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup orange juice. You'll love it!
Funny my husband is also a truck driver. I would never let him have glass. He never brings back my dishes. I have tried so many different thing to make his lunches more than sandwichs but he just can’t. Love these idea for every day lunch!

These videos definitely are influential. I started doing this for my husband and hes been enjoy the convenience of grab and go and he also saves money. Of course mine isnt as elaborate. I usually buy him tv dinner or make him a sandwich and give him two snack and a drink. Also if i have leftovers i just wrap those up so he can take them to work

Good on you ma'am !!! As a daughter of a retired trucker I can honestly say what you are doing is sooooo much healthier for your hubby. Is so difficult to try and be healthy when eating on the road not to mention it is very expensive.

I grew up in Louisville, and we ALWAYS had Little Debbies. My grandmother especially! I've lived in the Philly area for over 25 years, and up here, they swear by Tasty Kakes. I think Tasty Kakes STINK! lol
I guess we all like what we grew up with... ;-)
I never buy sweets or Debbie cakes but when the seasonal stuff comes out all that is out the window. I love the little Debbie Christmas tree brownies!!!

Try doing the birra tacos in the oven- you can make the sauce a little thicker, dip or brush it on, load them up on a baking sheet, and then put another baking sheet on top to hold them down :)

I love making homemade lunchables and snack packs with easy lunch boxes, I do for the niblings and for myself, Its good the water jug made it home , those things are not cheap
We put ham and turkey on our sandwichs at our house all the time :) That's actually my 4 yr old daughter Stella's favorite sandwich!! lol

I’m actually sad that I don’t have to pack lunches any more! Our boys are away at college and my husband retired early to keep up with our rental properties. I’m going to definitely take inspiration from your wonderful, creative lunch ideas and serve them here at home! I’m sure you’ve got your hands full, but I know there are many of us that would just L❤️VE a cookbook if you ever feel so inclined. Thank you for all you do!
So many good ideas!! I’ve been using the Cinnamon Toast Crunch seasoning on toast with butter in the morning for a quick breakfast for my kids, and they also like it on strawberries!

I’ve noticed that Walmart deli rolls mold very quickly. You pack your husband the nicest lunches. Mine either has a sandwich or leftovers from the night before. Love the idea for fruit salsa!😊
We keep bread/rolls in the freezer.
I think it’s a good sign they mold quickly, less artificial ingredients

If you put your chicken salad in your empty mayonnaise jar it will soak up what's left in the jar. You're so sweet to do this for your hubby.

Kristen I remember back in the day when you and Josh separated…I’m so proud of y’all for working it out! So many people don’t value marriage and just step out because it’s the easy way out instead of trying and working on your marriage! I know that Josh is blessed to have you, you take such good care of your family and I am certain you feel blessed to have Josh!! You can tell by the food that you cook your family that food is your love language😂!! Seems like you probably learned that from your dad!! Your hubby gets some great lunches there. He sure is a lucky man.
We add chopped granny Smith apples to our chicken salad when we add dried cranberries (or dried cherries) and pecans. It is a good substitute for celery. We also add a little buttermilk to thin out the mayo & to keep the apples from turning brown.
My husband and I live 3 miles from the Little Debbie factory in Tennessee (collegedale). We chase down the Christmas tree trucks. No judgment! 😁

Ham and turkey sub with my favorite at Subway. And I use my potato chips as crackers and dip them in my soup. That’s one of my favorite way to eat them

We use the cinnamon sugar dust in our pancakes 🙌🏼 they’re sooo good, we just add it to the pancake batter

Speaking of goodies using Ritz crackers, I've heard you can make knock-off thin mints with those by melting Andes candies in the microwave (in 15 second increments), then dipping the crackers in the chocolate and letting the coating harden.
