In the first clip, the music being played is conexões de mafia by Matuê. It's a Brazilian song that's has a feature with Rich the kid. The guy playing is not Brazilian. I can't recognize the language, but it's definitely not portuguese. I'm Brazilian, so I would recognize if it was. He sounds Asian tho which is very funny considering he is listening to a Brazilian artist. I guess matuê is international now.

I believe that a lot of people that didn't like the map are the ones playing solo. This map has way to many angles to control by yourself and a lot of the times it feels like you have completely no grasp of what's going on in the round.
I think some areas of the map have a lot of angles all pointing towards that one point almost feels like there are some areas that aren’t safe to peak because it’s so exposed from so many different angles

I do like the map but one thing frustrates me. There is no "separation" between lanes. Like there are far too many angles to worry about. I.e. if you push and start losing an engagement, normally I would move laterally to cover, but this map has so many sightlines that you essentially have to 180 if you start losing a gunfight. Otherwise I think it fits my aggressive playstyle well.
I just wish some of the lanes were more defined. You have to stay so far back just to make sure you aren’t over exposed, and of course team mates have no idea and die because they run in.

I've kept a playing/flawless streak throughout this entire season, I couldn't bring myself to play this weekend for some reason🤷♂️

@themightypipechowson7551 yeah I was really excited to play the new map honestly. But with xdefiant coming out tomorrow and my hyperfixation on aim training I just did not have the motivation to play d2 again I guess

Terrible map i didn't enjoy a single game even tho trials report said i had over 2kd and like 2.7kda.( I'd swear i didn't play well )
Played 11 games total 8-3(flawless)and out of the 3 loses 2 i just rq cause the map is booty and my duo was CONSIDERABLY worse than the enemy duo.
Shitty angles and the whole floors thing doesn't work in d2 with the lag and horrible radar.
The angles are great, my guess is most people like yourself just aren’t willing to figure them out. The map and where people played/peeked became super obvious to me fairly quick this weekend.
Also, the radar is fine man. If it’s a lighter color than usual, then the person is above or below you. Simple as that.
To each their own but I really think people are hating on this map because of their own ignorance or just getting tough games.
There's zero reason to make maps with different levels in d2 the game is already laggy af we don't need verticality outside class movement.
The radar has not been working properly for months even Wallah acknowledged it when i talked about it a couple of weeks or months ago@@Lumineer9072 on a vid of his.. people respawn or get ressed and they don't appear on the map.
And yeh I'm not willing to learn a new map in d2 cause the d2 devs can't make a PvP map cause they are all 0.1 bots that have zero clue how to make a map.
All 3 maps they released are mediocre , at least the Ron map is salvageble cause it's essentially 3 lanes ala cod style.
