Well both of those countries changed because of expat takeover. But you're right with Central America having so many historical areas they have largely remained the same - though you could also argue the same for most of Europe and lots of places in South America as well.

Da Nang International Terminal was built 7 years ago, so it's relatively new and modern. However I find the toilet seats too high, probably for westerner size, it's not a big deal, just a slight inconvenience.

Oh thanks so much, I really appreciate that. I didn’t make one for Da Nang because we had such little time there and we were staying right on the beach so overall impressions were that it’s a lovely beach but we needed to get out of the tourist core to appreciate it, which was a bit harder to do than Nha Trang. But I’d like to go back because I think Nha Trang gets a bad rap, and I didn’t make it to the beach area of Hoi An so I’d also go back to Da Nang to check out some of the smaller beaches and stay elsewhere.

Been to Da Nang 2 times and Love it. Have great memories from there. But didn't do the massage chair. I Need to ask, when it was hitting the inappropriate places don't you just need to move your body away from that place or that wouldn't help? Thanks for reminding me not to eat at the Airport in Vietnam because even though we haven't been there since 2020, I do remember it was extremely expensive . I think it was Burger King and I'd have to go check my video content but I think I even tried to shame Burger king for there prices at the airport. I had very little Money left and wanted to get rid of that currency exiting the country, all I ended up getting was fries and a drink and I think it was $13 US Safe Travels and Be well.

    • @ayngelina

Yes I believe so but we’ve already been in Vietnam for 60 days so we probably only need another 30. I’m so glad there’s a 90 day option now. Though I’m not sure how that affects Alan as Indonesians don’t need a visa they just get 30 days when they arrive but I’m hoping that means he now gets 90 as he can’t apply for the evisa.
