Well both of those countries changed because of expat takeover. But you're right with Central America having so many historical areas they have largely remained the same - though you could also argue the same for most of Europe and lots of places in South America as well.
Da Nang International Terminal was built 7 years ago, so it's relatively new and modern. However I find the toilet seats too high, probably for westerner size, it's not a big deal, just a slight inconvenience.
Oh thanks so much, I really appreciate that. I didn’t make one for Da Nang because we had such little time there and we were staying right on the beach so overall impressions were that it’s a lovely beach but we needed to get out of the tourist core to appreciate it, which was a bit harder to do than Nha Trang. But I’d like to go back because I think Nha Trang gets a bad rap, and I didn’t make it to the beach area of Hoi An so I’d also go back to Da Nang to check out some of the smaller beaches and stay elsewhere.
Great job coordinating all that! Which massage chair was inappropriate? Asking for a friend who will be there soon!😅 Be safe and enjoy the trip. Glad you're taking a train instead of a crazy bus.❤
Been to Da Nang 2 times and Love it. Have great memories from there. But didn't do the massage chair. I Need to ask, when it was hitting the inappropriate places don't you just need to move your body away from that place or that wouldn't help? Thanks for reminding me not to eat at the Airport in Vietnam because even though we haven't been there since 2020, I do remember it was extremely expensive . I think it was Burger King and I'd have to go check my video content but I think I even tried to shame Burger king for there prices at the airport. I had very little Money left and wanted to get rid of that currency exiting the country, all I ended up getting was fries and a drink and I think it was $13 US Safe Travels and Be well.
I definitely want to go back because I know it’s popular and it has a major airport which makes it easy to visit. What did you do while you were there?
Viet Nam would be a better country if we would have a better government? Have you seen the USA and Europe lately? Freedom is but a word. Zit show all around. the so call free world lost it's moral compass. Going down faster than Rome.
Actually I remember in KL Airport eating at one years ago! But for me, I prefer Carls Jr. Or Wendy’s. Can’t stand Harvey’s and can not understand how they got popular.
When you re-enter Vietnam, will you be able to apply for the 90-day visa that just took affect just a couple weeks ago, or is it going to be another 30-day ?
Yes I believe so but we’ve already been in Vietnam for 60 days so we probably only need another 30. I’m so glad there’s a 90 day option now. Though I’m not sure how that affects Alan as Indonesians don’t need a visa they just get 30 days when they arrive but I’m hoping that means he now gets 90 as he can’t apply for the evisa.
As a citizen of ASEAN your bf/husband can get now a 45 day stay in VN without visa . With an Evisa he can stay up to 90 days with an unlimited number of exits and entries .

Da Nang looks so modern! Looking forward to all travel. Stay safe & cool!
The cities in Vietnam are very modern, the country has changed a lot since I was here 15 years ago but I guess you can say that about everywhere
@@ayngelina not the case if you go to many parts of central America, most of Africa, and many places in Asia too
What areas of Central America do you think have not changed ?
@@ayngelina pretty much everywhere except of Costa Rica and Panama.

Thank you it’s such a nice option to get away for the weekend.

Thank you so much! It’s just one weekend but now I want to return

Yes it’s absolutely a western bathroom but I didn’t even think about the height of the toilet!
Bạn rất đáng yêu. Nhớ quay lại du lịch Việt Nam nhiều lần nữa nha. Yêu vedio của bạn
chỉ còn một ngày cuối tuần nữa và tôi sẽ quay lại
We are loving your Vietnam videos. We are sad that you didn't get a chance to do a video on Danang yet - is one in the works? Keep up the great work!

I refuse to step on one of those buses, so many accidents.
Funny that your bike and you humans costs the same to travel through the country !! But the bike didn't get the intrusive chair massage though. 😅
I was not expecting the chair to massage…everything 🤣
I have to ask about BK. Is it the same product you would get in Middletown? Flame broiled and microwaved? Limp pickles?
Hahaha I like BK over McDs! I don’t think I’ve ever had one microwaved, ewww!
@ayngelina Around here those burgers get the microwave. They're ready too fast. Still better than McD.
eeek

thật tuyệt vời khi đi du lịch bằng xe máy tại Việt nam . chúc vui vẻ nhé
Cảm ơn bạn, tôi rất vui mừng
I hope Vietnam will be more generous toward visa regulations.
While we were in Bangkok they announced 90 day visas so that changes things so much
Vietnam would be a wonderful country if we have better government. Hope you had not very bad experience in our country.
Only good experiences. I think everyone has criticisms of their government, none are perfect not even Canada.

Traveling with motorbike in the northern Vietnam is more beautiful.
I have heard it’s more beautiful so I’m really looking forward to it. What places do you recommend?
00:25 Is it pronounced Viet-naam. or Viet-Nahm?
The way I pronounced it.
Thanks! I clicked like and subscribed. See ya around.
Oh and with the ringy dingy.
Thank you so much, I really appreciate it.
Hey sometimes you want a great N. American Cheese Burger!
You know every single airport I’ve been in post pandemic has a Burger King! It’s very strange but I’m not complaining.
@@ayngelina 🤣🤣🤣

I've never had Carl's Jr, we don't have that in Canada.
@@ayngelina I know, they are all over the US Australia and in Asia. I found them in the Philippines. They are similar to Burger King, but better!

$50,000 Dong = $2.08 Dollars
$60,000 Dong = $2.50 Dollars
$70,000 Dong = $2.92 Dollars
$80,000 Dong = $3.33 Dollars
$90,000 Dong = $3.75 Dollars
$100,000 Dong = $4.17 Dollars

It's good to love a place you visit, but to go to that extreme to stay in the country something I could never understand...
You wouldn’t do a visa run for a country?
No don't leave!!!
