I have a rask and it is definitely one of my favorites in my collection, I appreciate all of the fine machine and design work the Grimsmo team puts into their products. I also wish there was like hinderer a fatty version for better overall fit in my large hand. Anyone that may be interested the Grimsmo youtube channel is really interesting to watch if it is something a person may be into.
I get what you're saying about wanting one, but rarely carrying. I have two holts, a specter and morpheus, and at first, I didn't carry them much. I finally decided, they're knives, meant to be carried, and used when necessary. its hard, when you spend that kind of money, and are afraid to scratch it, but holt will refinish them for you, for a price of course. it makes it easier to put em in my pocket. I really want a rask, but for the money, id like a higher end blade steel. good vid.
After I purchased my Rask, I stopped buying knives with 3.5" blades. I have a Varga v1 that is about the same size but heavy duty. Done with 3.5" blades. Cheers.
