Absolutely LOVE this technique! As i was watching you doing the bottom wire, I thought I could do this on a regular wire wreath frame, but once you started on top I realized you wouldn't get the same look. I'm definitely going to get some of these frames, I have GOT to try making one. It's gorgeous!!

Doesn’t it fray a lot cutting it rather than burning it.
The fray is part of the charm in this technique.
How far apart are your pipe cleaners or how do you place them?
I am using a work form. It comes with the tinsel ties on it already. 8 on top .. 10 on bottom about 5 inches apart.

Why do you have to use jute mesh?
Jute mesh won't fray as bad.
