I’m just gonna say it, this was an amazing video. One helluva amazing recovery, one liners that are second to none, and when Rory looks in the camera and says he appreciates us, I truly believe him. Some YTer’s say it and it’s just words. But knowing how important it is that he has someone with him out there in that unforgiving landscape, I’m happy to be a teeny tiny part of it. 🌺

One other reason is his main reason for doing what he does is to make a difference in safety and making sure things get done. Not just for show and glory. Thats why Matt and he are in the same league. This recovery was very sketchy, IN other words very dangerous.

Some pretty serious stuff going on in this rescue. Very impressive. Your vehicles handle the steep rock as easily as bugs on a wall.
    Two random observations:
    1. The optional quick detatch bumper making it up that very long steep slope made for some interesting conversation after the fact but your team certainly realizes how significant that situation must have been. Maybe wouldn't be a bad idea to keep a helmet with part of your rescue equipment for situations like this. Had the bumper detatched on that slope it would have been a pretty nasty ride back down. Keep yourselves safe guys.
    2. Seeing the vast expanses of bare sloped rock shows what a giant water gathering funnel that landscape is. Makes it easier to understand how the flash floods in the downslope canyons and gorges happen.

Yet one more classic to add to my folder!!! Rory, I sincerely enjoy every single one of the uploads, since the 1st video of TrailMater that I've watched of yours - But I'll admit that I ESPECIALLY ENJOY THE ONES LIKE THIS ONE, where you all get to flex some, if not all of your capabilities which has undoubtedly been acquired from the vast amount of recoveries you've done. Its your special ability to problem solve and its where I see your greatest asset, that SOUND LOGIC of yours which you use to make SOUND decisions to overcome obstacles to find the best solution out of the problem. Its this asset plus your ability to realize your limits and at the same time happily acknowledging your mistakes, which has undoubtedly afforded you the opportunity to learn and grow and improve. And for added BONUS, so what's even more impressive is that ALL OF YOU HAD A GOOD TIME DOING IT, ALL WHILE WORKING TOGETHER COHESIVELY AS ONE!!! (heat and rock ball bearing thingys be damned! haha!) JUST AWESOME! Thanks guys for sharing, even just some of your experiences, in the end, you don't have to - I for one, appreciate watching your content as it undoubtedly continues to help me as a attempt to recovery what's left, of what very easily could been considered an existence that wasn't worth salvaging. BTW, sorry all for the length of this comment - the ability to be concise occasionally still eludes me.

Absolutely insane and dangerous ,wow. That recovery and repairs likely would've cost more than the rig.😂 Be careful Rory, Shawn and Mike. Thanks for the long video. Nice tan😂

capital S Sketchy Stuff right here. The cameras aren't doing justice to how gnarly this is, nonetheless how ballsy it is to do it wayyyy out there - RUclips algorithm please show this insanity to randoms !!
Rory, Shawn, Mike: the production quality and 'realness' continue to improve. POV footage is really good. You're all getting real good at this, congratulations. Not an easy thing to document an already immensely difficult thing to do with only three people. Hats off. Happy trails, I wish you all much success !

Delirious in full sun exposure. Still have a sense of humor. Incredibly difficult to navigate terrain. Super difficult recovery. Of all things... dad shoes are slippery. Watching you guys do this... professionally (aka fixing someone else's hoonery) is VERY humbling. You guys are amazing at what you do, every single day and every single time. This one was a legit nailbiter for sure.

This is one the craziest recoveries I have ever seen. If it looks steep on camera it must have been insane in real life. That sxs was really wedged in there pretty good. Dont even know how they got there!

The clips after the comment "The output shaft snapped.... which is weird because I've never been anything but nice to this truck" are freakin priceless. PRICELESS!!! Rory you do so much with so little and have done so for so long that now you're qualified to do absolutely anything with nothing - and get paid very well for it. Well done Brother!!!!
