The format is equally as good as the more highly produced ones. You are better at executing on this format now than back in the day though. It's less rushed, more relaxed and richer because you know more at this point. Don't shy away from long format deep dives.

Learned some more strategies, got a lot more consistent with marketing and sales really and delegating some stuff I didn't need to be doing that was keeping me back from moving forward. No magic, just swallowing pride and being willing to do the hard work.

I’m being laughed at by my family for starting my own Hvac and solar business, but funny thing they don’t know is I did 3.1 million in (rev) for another company in 8 months selling solar over zoom. This style of content is by far the most valuable for those who are serious about business and life The short form videos with tons of editing appeal much more to those who are not as serious. At least in my eyes...take it for what its worth
I’ll add to this, the other styles are great as a tool to draw the viewer to the conversation but to stay focused solely on the information rather than the packaging this is the approach I prefer because. People looking for the information that actually want to use the information don’t need the fluff and such, they’d prefer more pertinent information.

Every soft skill is essentially a collection of microskills! I've always lumped them together as something you either have or you don't. Now, I see a clear path toward improving my own soft skills.
I love this format. I also have to say that for a long time, I wouldn't even give your RUclips videos a chance because the production quality was too high for me. Maybe because I'm 45 and I see so much bs out there that has great thumbnails and great production quality. Over time, I just dismissed anything that looked similar. Luckily, my business coach recommended your book and I was floored. Like "What the fuck! This guy is legit." Maybe I'm a strange guy but I doubt it, and would this there are tons of people out there just like me. Anyway, this format was great and I prefer it. Like a podcast with visuals, and I don't miss the higher production value. I'm on my second try of building a niche residential service business and your book is a welcome breath of fresh air I love it so far. Just have to see if I can implement what you teach. This takes me back to my Amway days 😂, I mean that in a huge positive way, I went from a guy who wouldn't say boow to anyone to a learning machine. Everything you say is soo easy to understand and wish they taught in schools, but obviously won't. I'm 63 a truck driver still in relatively good shape, so I'm not done with Life yet. My interest in AI and how to apply it in different industries is really exciting, laugh when I hear 'it's gonna take over our jobs' yea if you don't learn how to use it obviously. But seriously you've lite a spark in me to increase my knowledge in my interst/passion in Real Estate, draft a plan and seek advise (free if possible) in order to fulfill if not my total dream but a good chunk of it whilst I'm still 6 feet above ground 😊 Your videos (sorry only watched 3 so fare ) are magic, many thanks for sharing your wealth of knowledge for Free... 🍺 Cheers from this guy...

It is amazing how much free information we have access to. But sad how few people care to take advantage. I imagine people in the past would have done anything to have access to it. But now that everyone does very few appreciate it.
Honestly alex has taken his experience and REALLY thought through like how and why what he did worked or didn’t work.. and is pairing that with his gift of teaching. He knows how to paint full picture on what is needed and why so, even people without sales or business experience can understand what needs to be done. He is making sure people can get value. This is of cause in line with what he teaches, to give out value for free where competition is charging money for it. He fills the gaps. Unlike many other trying to present same, but assuming that target audience understands the jargon, relationships and principles being explained. Where they do not. BRILIANT!!

I always tell teachers and other psychologists, it’s not about one teaching/therapy approach being better than another approach, it’s about the best approach for you. The one that resonates with you. Teaching this way works beautifully for you, your enjoyment comes across.

This takes me back to my Amway days 😂, I mean that in a huge positive way, I went from a guy who wouldn't say boow to anyone to a learning machine.
Everything you say is soo easy to understand and wish they taught in schools, but obviously won't.
I'm 63 a truck driver still in relatively good shape, so I'm not done with Life yet.
My interest in AI and how to apply it in different industries is really exciting, laugh when I hear 'it's gonna take over our jobs' yea if you don't learn how to use it obviously.
But seriously you've lite a spark in me to increase my knowledge in my interst/passion in Real Estate, draft a plan and seek advise (free if possible) in order to fulfill if not my total dream but a good chunk of it whilst I'm still 6 feet above ground 😊

This style of content allows your natural storytelling so it is sinks in better. As a side quest ( love that 😊) those relevant additions to fully explain a heuristic or short cut of language is super valuable. Thank you for for the value you bring

These types of videos are the best by far, and the ones that I watch and learn from. I watched some of the recent ones but the style and all the editing makes them more entertainment than educational imo. Looking forward more long whiteboard ones! Thanks for all the sharing

This guy understands who is listening to his presentation. He knows how to paint full picture on what is needed and why so, even people without sales or business experience can understand what needs to be done. He is making sure people can get value. This is of cause in line with what he teaches, to give out value for free where competition is charging money for it.
He fills the gaps. Unlike many other trying to present same, but assuming that target audience understands the jargon, relationships and principles being explained. Where they do not.

I think it’s because YOU like this paperboard format so much, it frees you to be even more passionate and convincing. I always tell teachers and other psychologists, it’s not about one teaching/therapy approach being better than another approach, it’s about the best approach for you. The one that resonates with you. Teaching this way works beautifully for you, your enjoyment comes across.
